Do you accept walk-ins?
We highly recommend you to book your slot in advance on our website to avoid disappointment. Walk-ins are only accepted if there are available slots.
You can also message us via WhatsApp to enquire on available slots before coming down :-)
Are there any age restrictions for participating in craft experiences?
For now, only individuals aged 6 and above can participate in our craft experiences. Children aged 6 to 12 must be accompanied by a supervising adult during their visit to our studio.
These age restrictions ensure that our experiences are suitable for participants of appropriate developmental stages and provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
What mode of payments do you accept?
On our website, we accept payments via credit card or PayPal.
At our studio, we accept payments via PayNow and bank transfer only.
Do I need to have artistic skills or experience?
Absolutely not! :-) Our craft studio is all about having fun and getting creative, not about having artistic expertise.
We welcome everyone, from seasoned artists to complete beginners. We have friendly staff on hand to offer guidance and tips if you need them, but ultimately, it's all about expressing yourself and enjoying the process.
What can I do to prepare myself for my upcoming craft activity?
It’s good to do some research beforehand to have an idea of what design you’d like to paint on your pottery item, or embroider or carve for your stamp. Some good places to start would be Pinterest, Instagram or TikTok.
This would save you some time when you reach the studio and you can start with your design right away!
Can the space hold parties or private events?
Yes! We have versatile spaces perfect for a variety of events and gatherings. Whether you want to host your bachelorette party, team bonding, or even your own craft workshop, our spaces provide the ideal setting for a memorable and creative experience.
